The Bedford College Group continues to grow its provision across the region. We now have a great opportunity for a King's Trust Team Leader. As a King's Trust Team Leader, you will play a key role in the success of our students through: Being responsible for organising and delivering three Prince’s Trust Teams per year. Leading the recruitment, induction, team building, residential, and community project activities. Liaising with agencies and employers to promote the Team programme. Our ideal candidates will have experience of work placement opportunities and dealing with young persons who may display behaviours that challenge, alongside the following qualifications: Level 3 Award in Education and Teaching (or equivalent) or willingness to achieve. About The Bedford College Group The Bedford College Group was formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College and is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students passing through our doors each year.
