Working alongside the Planning/Development and external design teams to plan efficient home layouts and deliver the appropriate market-facing mix of property onto the market. Working closely with the Marketing Manager to inform the sales, marketing and advertising strategies required to ensure targets are achieved. Management of 2 direct reports. Developing pricing strategies for each residential phase and coordinating regular pricing reviews; managing multi-phased residential schemes with a total value in excess of £1bn. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the sales rates and values set out. Assisting with the organisation and coordination of sitewide events. Managing the new homes sales function for both UK and international transactions, including sales targets, solicitor and mortgage broker communications and key compliance. You Will Need:
Good experience of homes sales, including an intuitive understanding of what makes a strong customer journey. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Professional approach with excellent customer-facing manner and sales skills. Ability to work alone and independently to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and forward plan effectively. Hours: Monday – Friday, full time. This position is office-based with some flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
