The Business Analyst - Intelligence and Insights role: This key role will provide expert analysis and reporting to support decision-making. You will be responsible for accessing and analysing data, presenting it in formats and with narratives that make it meaningful and generate insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Clear Voice to understand requirements, evaluate business processes, and analyse data, engaging stakeholders effectively to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that align with business objectives. Working closely with stakeholders, you will develop measures and evaluation models that enable Clear Voice to understand and promote the social impact of its activities. Key responsibilities of our Business Analyst - Intelligence and Insights: Reporting and Analysis
Create monthly Management Information Report Conduct in-depth data analysis to monitor business performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and project teams to understand business needs Support the Sales Team with data analysis for new tenders and customer-specific activities
Market and Impact Evaluation
Provide market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth Analyse and evaluate Clear Voice's social value and impact, translating findings into sales and partnership opportunities
Strategic Support and Research
Undertake desk research using sector and business data to support strategic planning Contribute to business plans and strategy development
Process Improvement
Analyse and document existing processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
Skills and experience we are looking for in our Business Analyst - Intelligence and Insights: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant research, data, and analysis experience) Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business processes and system analysis Sound analytical background with an aptitude for logical analysis and interpretation of data Good understanding of data analysis methodologies and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI or similar High proficiency in core Microsoft Office software Closing Date : 31st January 2025 If you are interested in becoming our new
