Job description Barlows (UK) Ltd is a long-established, family-run company that is rapidly expanding. We are looking to employ a Part Time Experienced Planner to join our commercial HVAC department working from our Manchester Office in Chadderton. The job could potentially lead to full time if the applicant is interested in this at a later date. The role:

We are looking for a suitable part-time planner to join our team of office staff within the commercial HVAC reactive maintenance department at our Chadderton Office. The role is busy and demanding, requiring great communication skills and the ability to prioritise and organise tasks quickly and methodically. The successful part-time planner will be responsible for dealing with a variety of tasks and responsibilities ranging from: Duties to Include:

Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary Making appointments with clients and booking in jobs for engineers on the planner Carrying out necessary administrative tasks, ensuring attention to detail is maintained and continuous improvement is identified to support in strengthening our department Data inputting and updating of client records across various portals Ordering materials Raising invoices and dealing with any queries Planning in jobs Managing remittances Ensuring all individual and team KPIs are met and coordinating with other departments to ensure internal processes and procedures are adhered to within SLA, therefore ensuring our customers receive the best level of service possible Required skills:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an office environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills Good communication with customers and colleagues Technical skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.) High numeracy skills Organisational skills Ability to interact with Managers and Directors where necessary Customer Service experience Salary:

Dependent on experience Job Types:

Part-time, Monday and Tuesday 8am to 5.30pm (17hrs), possibly more hours available if required Benefits:
