Key Responsibilities: Manage all operational activities, marketing, team and patient journeys, performance, and clinical compliance. Drive the business forward and improve performance. Minimum Requirements: Clinical experience required. Strong team player. CQC Registered Manager. Commercial acumen and business management experience essential. Dental practice management experience preferred, but candidates from other backgrounds will be considered.
