We're looking for a motivated business development manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to partner with hospital trusts and leverage our digital health and software applications portfolio to enhance outcomes for patients and their caregivers. Baxter’s portfolio includes solutions for mobile communications, medical device integration, voice-activated communication, waveform visualisation, and alarm and alert management – solutions that can help our customers drive improvements in patient and caregiver communication, clinical outcomes, and clinical workflows. You will play a key part in developing the connected care channel, launching new products, and driving new business opportunities that have the potential to transform the healthcare communication market and aim to protect patients and improve caregiver and patient satisfaction.

This role is field-based and there will be a requirement for travel across the UK&I. We're looking for someone; To drive the development of new business and launching new digital software solutions into the NHS (and new countries) including mobile communication, medical device integration, waveform visualisation, alarm & alert management and more. To achieve financial targets and related objectives to ensure the success of the digital health solutions in the geographical area of responsibility. Be comfortable interacting with all roles from clinicians, IT, and C-Suite to discuss health economics and workflow optimisation to gain access to this audience for meetings that drive the business forward. In this role you will: Bring an entrepreneurial approach with a passion to hunt for new business. Be committed to taking market share from the competition and be driven to close sophisticated sales prospects. Education and Experience Proven experience as a top performer in software direct sales at a hospital or system level. Healthcare experience is preferable. Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience. Strong solutions selling experience with a history of new account development with early-to-market digital and software solutions. Experience in growing revenue for a complex portfolio including new additions. Technical understanding of the Healthcare IT environment and working knowledge of clinical and medical processes and workflows. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool and track record of sales pipeline management and forecasting. Strong work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to details, organisation, and time management skills. Oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of customers and staff externally as well as internal team members.
