- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, general terms and conditions of transactions, and other legal documents;
- Following up on negotiations;
- Being the main point of contact with management boards regarding legal issues and reporting;
- Legal supervision over high-risk contractors;
- Supporting and/or managing new/non-standard contracts with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
A team player with the capacity to collaborate across departments, someone business-oriented, highly reliable with a certain interest in industrial environments.
To be our future Inhouse Lawyer, you must have:
- Higher legal education;
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills; Russian will be an advantage;
- Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in Industry;
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
