My client has been providing IT Support to Gloucestershire and UK businesses for over 20 years and prides themselves on their first-class consultancy services and solutions. They are now looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join their team based in Gloucester. Position Overview Support and ensure the client infrastructure is managed correctly Provide IT support for clients Assist clients with hardware & application problems by phone/email or on-site Allocate tickets & triage where necessary to the relevant team member for resolution Deal with requests for support and ensure high-quality customer service is provided Ensure support calls are logged and resolved within the SLA Assist in project setup (365, data migrations, phone system swap outs) On-site installation of equipment for both telecom and IT setup Complete client requirements, new business & upgrades. Installations and onboarding process Position Requirements Full UK Driving License At least 2 years experience in an IT Support role Experience in both Telecoms and IT basic support Experience working within SLAs Knowledge of Microsoft & Windows Servers Installing / configuring hardware and software
