Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Teacher of Geography to cover a temporary position from half-term until Easter. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and marking lessons, ensuring pupils achieve their best in this important subject. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons, tailored to a range of abilities. Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and marking work consistently. Adapt lessons as necessary to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND. Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging pupils to explore geographical concepts. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. What We Are Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Geography or a related field. Experience teaching Geography at the secondary level. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload of planning and marking.
