You would be joining the consulting team at an exciting time as we strengthen and grow our six solutions: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. You’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders; internally with your own team and as well as our six solutions and wider RSM; and externally with our clients and key intermediaries, providing a solution focused approach to drive success for our clients and our firm. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level) and an obtained/predicted honours degree. Curious and open minded: You have a natural curiosity and a willingness to explore new ideas and perspectives. Innovative problem solver: You enjoy tackling challenges and finding creative solutions to complex problems. Relationship builder: You excel at building relationships with new people, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their goals. Digital mindset: You are comfortable navigating digital tools, leveraging technology to enhance productivity and collaboration.
