Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications for our clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement new features Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met Troubleshoot and debug software issues Continuously research and learn new technologies to enhance our product offerings Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with creative solutions to complex problems Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and methodologies Mentor and guide junior team members Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of professional experience in software development Strong proficiency in coding languages such as Java, C++, or Python Solid knowledge of software development principles and methodologies Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork abilities At SmartPandas, we value diversity and believe that different perspectives lead to better outcomes.
