Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Finance department. Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. Ensure that all statutory reporting requirements are met. Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and financial forecasts, and report variances. Implement policies and procedures to ensure that financial information is secure and stored in compliance with legislation and corporate policies. Analyze and report on financial performance and plan for continual improvement of the financial status of the company. Key Skills
Strong proficiency in financial management and accounting, specifically with generally accepted accounting principles. Expertise in statutory reporting and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. Strong leadership skills, capability of managing and motivating a finance team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
