Requirement for: B8a Children’s Physiotherapy Team Manager – Croydon

Start date: ASAP

Length: Ongoing To co-ordinate service delivery for the Children’s physiotherapy service. To provide line management and managerial oversight of the day to day running of the Children’s Physiotherapy team (managing day to day staff/ Human resources issues, clinical). To be responsible for delivering identified KPIs in service area via the collection and presentation of statistics to Children’s Therapy Lead and the Directorate Management team. To be responsible for maintaining an overview of the standards of care being delivered across the service, instigating remedial action to improve practice as necessary highlighting and escalating issues as they arise. The experience required is: At least 3 years of line management experience. Experience of managing a team of physiotherapists is desirable. At least 5 years post qualification experience of paediatric physiotherapy. HCPC registered.
