£13.24 per hour - FTC until September Hours:

Monday to Friday, 16:00 to 22:30, and alternate weekends working split shifts on-site and on-call. Availability:

Immediate start date The ideal candidate will adhere to established security procedures, conduct regular patrols, and respond effectively to any security concerns. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Security Management Site Security:

Implement the School Security Procedures by securing the premises at the end of each day or night, which includes locking buildings and gates. Patrols:

Conduct thorough external patrols of school buildings and grounds, ensuring all areas are secure. Parking Oversight:

Monitor parking areas around the school, managing traffic flow and ensuring compliance with parking regulations. Safety Compliance Signage Maintenance:

Regularly check that all security and safety signage around the school is visible, appropriate, and in good condition. Emergency Liaison:

Act as the primary liaison for Emergency Services when necessary, facilitating communication during incidents. Incident Management Unauthorised Access:

Escort unauthorised individuals off the premises as required. Housekeeping Tasks:

Perform general housekeeping duties related to security and safety. Alarm Checks:

Conduct routine checks of intruder alarms located throughout the site. Reporting Incident Logging:

Document any incidents or issues in the Daily Occurrence Log and record significant events in the Security Incident Log. Event Support Event Coordination:

Assist with marshalling entrances, exits, and car parks during school events. Collaborate with the Director of Events or designated event coordinators to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to security. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, students, and emergency services.
