Your Mission:

Lead agile delivery teams to support critical, live applications for the MOD. Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring top-notch quality and timely execution. Manage secure development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of software products. Design and operate automated CI/CD pipelines and shared platform services using Kubernetes. Write and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and operate products in both public and private cloud environments (AWS, Azure, On-Prem). Key Responsibilities: Support and advise teams on technology choices and solutions to complex problems. Ensure best practices in Agile methodologies (SCRUM & Kanban) are implemented and followed. Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to your team members. What We're Looking For: Expertise in deploying and managing secure products using cloud technologies (AWS, Azure). Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and other DevOps tools. Experience with Agile methodologies and leading development teams. Strong understanding of security principles and public key infrastructure (PKI). Ability to mentor junior team members and lead project deliverables. Security Clearance:

To qualify for this role, you must be a British Citizen and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years. You should be currently SC Cleared and either holding Current or Previous DV Clearance.
