The Role Manage and maintain multiple SQL Server environments across client base. Lead database performance monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting initiatives. Design and implement high-availability solutions including Always On Availability Groups. Perform SQL Server migrations following Microsoft best practices. Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies. Develop and maintain documentation for database processes and configurations. About You 2+ years experience with SQL Server (versions 2016-2022). Strong knowledge of performance tuning, query optimization, and index management. Experience with monitoring tools like SQL Monitor, Datadog, or similar platforms. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation. Ability to provide clear documentation and reports to clients. Ability to prioritise tasks in a timely manner meeting client SLA requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction via telephone and ticketing systems.
