Our Transformation Team are looking for an experienced BA to join them.
Our Corporate function is a global entity supporting Baringa to thrive and succeed as a professional services firm. The team consists of Legal, HR, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Consulting Services, and Sustainability. We have grown significantly over the last five years in response to the demands of our Consulting business, delivering great products and services.
We now have the opportunity to take a step back and look at re-architecting and evolving our business systems, processes, and infrastructure. We are on a mission to optimise operational excellence and technology to deliver even better services that can continue to support our business as it grows.
What you will be doing Working within the Transformation Team, you will own multiple streams of improvement activities across our corporate teams to help drive our ambitions of being a digitally enabled service function that supports business performance and growth in the most efficient, scalable and innovative ways. This will include: Applying a range of operational excellence diagnostic and data-driven insights, to transform end-to-end journeys, including removing failure demand, redesigning processes and identifying opportunities for digitally enabled solutions. Supporting our cross-functional corporate teams to evolve their ways of working and management practices to facilitate adoption, as they transition from manual delivery towards an increasingly automated and AI-integrated operation. Helping define traceable KPIs and reporting structures to baseline and measure outcomes delivered during the transformation journey. Building capability within our internal teams to support them to improve operational performance, future-proof their operations and build sustainable capability making data-driven decisions. Regularly communicating project progress to stakeholders including Leadership Teams, project champions and team members. Utilising project management tools to track and communicate progress, ensuring all team members are aligned.
Your skills and experience Understanding and sizing operational challenges and inefficiencies, driving people, data and process improvements. Experience identifying, validating and scoping opportunities for non-technical and technology-enabled process optimisation, including implementation of automation, AI technologies and eliminating failure demand within end-to-end process transformation. Experience enabling successful design, adoption, and ways of working changes of rapid operationally focused improvements that deliver incremental benefit with a change management mindset. The ability to translate and roll up, individual problem statements and improvements into the big-picture of a multi-year transformation programme both quantitatively and qualitatively. Ideally through having done this in 2+ multi-year transformations previously. Experience with project management and Lean Six Sigma. Refining operational and leadership KPIs to enhance performance visibility across a transformation programme’s delivery and beyond. Strong written, data visualisation and verbal communication skills.
