This is an opportunity for an aspiring Project Manager with a passion for Insurance and Digital transformation to join a leading Specialty Insurance firm, based in the City. This person will support the London Market Change and Delivery team who are responsible for revolutionising the London market Underwriting business through technology. The successful candidate will be a high energy, people person who has a strong attention to detail, high-performance mentality and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

Provide project support and coordination for the London Market change team. Manage the diaries of key personnel and stakeholders across the London Change team. Take accountability for taking, dissemination and ensuring sign off of minutes across all LM Change meetings. Take lead in following up of actions outside of meetings and reporting updates of status. Work closely with different teams, including the LM Change team, Business users (underwriters, actuaries etc.) and stakeholders. Support the production and distribution of meeting packs. Own the coordination and distribution of communications across the team. Take an active role in the support and delivery of the LM team social and charity events. Skills & Experience 2 years work experience in IT Project analyst / support / coordinator role in an Insurance, financial services or heavily regulated environment. Very good PowerPoint skills and wider MS Office skills (notably Excel and Calendar coordination on Outlook) Highly personable and strong communication skills – written and spoken. Ability to work with new and emerging technology. Strong numerical and analytic capabilities. Hardworking, methodical and organised approach to work; problem solving attitude. Enjoy working in a high pace and fast changing environment. Flexibility and able to resolve unforeseen issues. Career aspirations in project / product delivery. Additional Information Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus + benefits Location: City of London based with 3 days per week onsite All candidates must have the right to work and reside in the UK
