Technical Architect, Architectural Technologist/Architectural Assistant Central London Opportunity to join one of the world's leading design consultancies who are renowned for award winning projects that range from individual buildings to new cities. They are actively seeking a capable and motivated individual to join a team working on the delivery stages for a new high-rise residential project in the UK. The Position: This role will be centered on the delivery of RIBA stages 4 and 5 for a new scheme consisting of 1500 residential units. The first phase will be 450 apartments over 3 high-rise blocks and you will be joining a small team producing construction documentation and detailing using Revit. Qualifications & Capabilities: Proven track record in the delivery of developer-led residential schemes. Excellent knowledge of the British Building Regulations. Strong computer aid skills including Revit and AutoCAD. Excellent verbal, written, organisational and collaboration skills. Out-of-the-box thinking and willingness to hit the ground running. Open to Architects, Technologists and Technical Architectural Assistants who have a proven track record working on projects of a similar scale.
