Finance and Practice Manager, Evesham

They are recruiting for an ambitious and enthusiastic Finance and Practice Manager to join the team in Evesham. Your new role Overall management responsibility for the finance function. Production of monthly management accounts, KPI’s and other financial reports. Compliance with the ICAEW and other regulatory requirements. Providing commercial support to the teams across all the offices. Managing facilities, IT and HR. Managing and negotiating contracts with suppliers. Management of the sales ledger including direct debit collections and credit control. Expenses and disbursement management for the firm. Preparation and submission of VAT returns. Continued development of internal systems and the practice database. Support with ad-hoc projects and the continued growth of the business. What you'll need to succeed You’ll have at least 2 years post-qualification experience within a Practice. Knowledge of accountancy software such as Xero. An enthusiastic and dedicated attitude. A willingness to travel, so a driving licence is essential. What you'll get in return They have very flexible working hours, and you get to finish early on a Friday!
