Junior Producer
to join our Sport team. Is this your next opportunity? The TikTok specialist will be responsible for ideating, planning, producing, and editing content using archive, originally shot footage, BTS clips & live feeds. The role requires creative ideation, pre-production planning, best-practice editing and publishing, stakeholder management, and community/comments interaction. The role will involve constant collaboration with the wider account management, production, and content strategy teams to ensure the vertical video output across all relevant platforms contributes to broader strategic aims and objectives. The successful candidate should be a TikTok expert with experience in growing a TikTok channel previously through the implementation of an effective strategy and delivery of creative output. They will have a genuine love for and interest in the platform and, as a result, will have an ongoing eye on the trends there. Confidence in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential, and an understanding of and interest in motorsport is a must. Attendance at the client’s offices will be required, and regular weekend work across the motorsport season will also be needed. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME Help to plan, develop, and execute video content, including pre-production planning, ideation, logistics, and execution of shoots; Be aware of TikTok trends/sounds and how best to implement them; Editing platform-specific content (using Adobe Premiere and tools like Capcut) from archive/highlights or original rushes; Liaise with clients on strategy, plans and approval, building a strong working relationship in the process; Publication of any relevant content approved; Community management - responding to comments and engaging with the audience; Develop and maintain brand tone of voice through the content; Monitor the performance of content using platform analytics. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything. Ability to ideate talent-led original content opportunities, managing pre-production and execution. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – Adobe Premiere Pro (essential), Capcut, and Adobe Photoshop. Understanding of best practice in terms of all aspects on TikTok; Demonstrable knowledge and genuine passion for building and managing communities in the digital space; Excellent written English language with strong attention to detail, factual accuracy, and reading comprehension.
