Role Overview: The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, covering areas such as wills, probate, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and estate planning. They will provide tailored legal advice, ensuring clients' personal affairs are handled with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on wills, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, and powers of attorney. Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on trust and quality service. Managing caseloads efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Candidate Profile: A qualified Private Client Solicitor with at least 2 years of PQE (other levels of experience may be considered).
