Hoylake or Liverpool Overall Purpose:
To manage Client matters within the commercial property department based out of our Hoylake Office or Liverpool offices. Key Accountabilities: Opportunity to work on an interesting and varied caseload from onboarding to post completion including disposals and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters and refinancing. Maintain a well-organised file management system including adherence to timescales and compliance. Efficiently delegate to the legal support team to ensure work is completed in a timely manner. Ensure financial aspects of matters are managed to enable success of KPIs. Person Specification: 5 years + PQE within Commercial Property.
