: Up to £33,000 dependent on experience A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lab Technician to join a renowned industrial recycling company based in the Gloucester area. With no day ever being the same the Lab Technician role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation. Role & Responsibilities: Process refinery and product quality. Scale up and implement optimized processes. Process development and improvements. Quality control protocols for incoming materials and finished products. Investigation and resolution of deviations from quality standards – implement correct actions. Innovative research projects for development. Training and mentoring of team members within the department ensuring high level of expertise. Record experiments, procedures and results. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Experience in a similar role conducting the above duties. Degree qualified in Chemistry. Experience with metallurgy and metal refinery. Package and Benefits: Salary: Up to £33,000 dependent on experience Hours: Monday – Friday 7:15am – 3:45pm
