To join us as a Unit Nurse Manager (Mental Health), you'll be a Registered Nurse (RMN) with a current NMC registration. Experience in providing care for older people and those with dementia is important, as is a successful track record of well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. We'll also look for up-to-date knowledge in the most recent clinical practices and an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You'll be a natural leader who has acted as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship.
