Job description This lovely setting stands for educational specialists, wholehearted commitment and comprehensive child care from 3 months old to pre-school! This setting is warm and welcoming and is looking for an experienced pre-school room leader to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher Commitment Passion to deliver outstanding childcare Ability to work within a team Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding Your duties will include:

Taking charge of a key group of children Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are always followed Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment on a day-to-day basis
