Quality Engineer
6-month contract
Hybrid working - Oxford (3 days per week onsite)
Outside IR35, 45 hours per week

About the company
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a sustainable tech. & engineering specialist, based in Oxford, who are seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team.
Qualifications / Skills needed
Proven experience gained in a manufacturing quality environment
Aerospace, Defence, Automotive or similar sectors
Minimum HNC/Degree in Engineering or a business-related discipline
Business improvement tools and techniques (5s, Lean, Kaizen)
APQP tools and techniques
Problem resolution tools (8D, 5 Why, 6 Sigma etc.) and techniques
Proven knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, TS16949 (IATF16949), and ISO14001
Statistical analysis and process capability studies would be beneficial
