Role Overview As an MS Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will be a key member of a global technology team responsible for optimizing our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform systems. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, end users, Learning & Development (L&D), and external partners, you will drive system enhancements and improvements aligned with Microsoft best practices. Your role will focus on leveraging technology to optimize processes, enhance user experience, and support business efficiency. Key Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and integrated systems, supporting the Head of Applications. Advise stakeholders on effective platform usage and gather/document requirements for best-practice implementations. Lead release management, including enhancements, bug fixes, and Microsoft updates. Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user groups to drive adoption and resolve challenges. Collaborate with external vendors while safeguarding Phaidon’s business interests. Provide functional support to internal technology teams and end users. Ensure robust security and access control across applications. Produce best-practice documentation, knowledge articles, and user stories. Conduct trend analysis to improve system performance and user satisfaction. Align with ITIL standards for Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Support global project initiatives and travel to regional offices as needed. MS Dynamics 365 CE/CRM MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) MS SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365 MS Dynamics F&O (HR) Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will exhibit: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. A deep functional understanding of MS Dynamics 365 and related technologies. Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A passion for driving service improvements and optimizing business processes. Required Knowledge and Experience Minimum of 3 years in a functional support role for D365 CRM/CS applications. Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse). Proficiency with Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, OneDrive). Commercial awareness and project management insight. Qualifications Dynamic 365 CRM certifications. AS/A Level or equivalent education. Functional Consultant or Business Analyst certifications (preferred). Seniority level
