Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Spearhead the efficiency of the internal sales team and be a key factor in the branches overall success Through extensive expertise and knowledge of product line be able to support the sales team and identify opportunities for growth with both new and existing customers Engage with key accounts, visiting and ensuring full optimisation of potential opportunities Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
Skills & Requirements
An experienced leader with a proven track record in sales, operations management, and team leadership An ambitious, driven candidate from a technical background is desirable A motivator who prides themself on the success of their team Strong communication skills with a track record of driving a branch forward
