Progress Meetings: Leading and participating in progress meetings. Quality Assessment: Evaluating the quality of work delivered by subcontractors. Technical Support: Addressing and resolving any technical issues. Safe Working Practices: Ensuring adherence to company procedures and industry standards. Safety Culture: Encouraging and promoting a positive safety culture on-site. Health and Safety Procedures: In-depth knowledge and awareness of processes and procedures. Work Activities: Instigating and monitoring work activities on-site. Reporting: Prompt reporting of accidents, incidents, and complaints in compliance with company procedures. Site Inductions: Conducting site inductions for employees, subcontractors, and visitors. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records in accordance with legislation and guidelines. Qualifications & Experience Required:
Background: Mechanical & electrical (M&E) expertise. Certifications: SMSTS, Full 3-day first aid, Black CSCS Card (Management & Professionals), EUSR - Water hygiene, Temporary Works Coordinator. Desirable: City & Guilds confined space entrant & topman (Medium Risk)(6160-09), CPCS appointed person (A61). Remuneration:
