Reporting directly to the Board and looking after the UK market you will: Oversee the Operations Team based in China, Recruit and onboard a team of 10 or more people within Business Development who will look after and develop relationships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands with a view to them putting their goods on the e-commerce platform, Mentor, measure, and lead the team so that a best-in-class service is provided to vendors, Understand P&L and data analytics, Report back to the Board on progress, Be aware of consumer trends in the e-commerce landscape, Visit new merchants where required, Support merchandise partners and help vendors develop business plans (e.g., market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and logistics). Requirements:
