As the Head of PMO, you’ll play a pivotal role within this forward-thinking, digital-first organisation. Reporting to the Director of Technology, you’ll lead the Project Management team, be part of the Technology Leadership Team, and contribute to the wider Senior Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an inspirational strategy for the PMO team, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery.
Create clear plans for core elements of the Project team, including project/portfolio planning, tracking, reporting, and execution.
Be accountable for the full project management lifecycle, ensuring high-quality output before client sign-off.
Lead and mentor a team of Project Management Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.
Drive understanding of client needs and maintain engagement throughout projects.
Collaborate with other Technology leaders.
Requirements:
Strong experience in managing complex projects and programs.
Excellent leadership skills, supporting and challenging the Project Management team.
Collaborative mindset, working closely with QA, Engineering, and the PBL Corporate PMO.
