The Role The Training and Development Manager at Incitec Pivot Fertilisers delivers our key customer training program (Agronomy in Practice), and champions our decision support system (Nutrient Advantage Pro). The position is focused on maintaining the quality and relevance of the training program and ensuring participants are equipped to provide farmers with best practice plant nutrition and fertiliser advice. What You’ll Do Work with an experienced agronomy team to deliver the Agronomy in Practice training program. Regularly review and update training materials to ensure they include the latest science. Ensure Nutrient Advantage Pro decision rules are evidence-based and compliant with regulations. Build and maintain relationships with both external customers (agronomists, consultants, and farmers) and internal teams. Promote the Nutrient Advantage laboratory. What You’ll Bring You must be committed to helping us maintain our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture. Extensive experience in agronomy, soil and plant diagnostics and/or plant nutrition. Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly simplifying complex information, are essential, alongside experience delivering formal training programmes. A creative and results-oriented mindset, empathy for rural environments, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
