We are currently on the lookout for an experienced
Maintenance Engineer (Mobile)
to work on servicing & maintenance on high-end residential property inside the M25 for an industry-leading client of ours.
You will be provided with a company van and fuel card, and will have all parking etc paid.
Plenty of overtime available - as much as you want.
This is a temp to perm role.
You will be working as a mobile engineer performing small installation works, servicing/PPM & breakdowns/fault finding on the following equipment:
MVHRs Extract fans AHUs FCUs HIUs CIUs Hot water cylinders Pumps Trace heating Electrical wiring Heat exchangers Emergency lighting Fire alarm testing Sprinkler PPMs BMS Smart lighting systems
You must hold a
CSCS Card
and
NVQ Mechanical .
