Finance Business Partner | £40,000 - £45,000 | Permanent | Newcastle Castlefield Recruitment is working with a reputable organisation in Newcastle who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to their team on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working and many other excellent benefits. Duties: Preparing financial forecasts, performing departmental audits, and analysing the company’s financial performance. Providing support and advice for the wider business, including colleagues with a non-financial background. Responsible for the preparation of the monthly management accounts. Posting prepayments, accruals, and other journals. Building and maintaining relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience: Previous experience working in the wider not-for-profit or public sector as a Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner. Actively working towards a financial qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ACA, etc. Advanced Excel skills and strong financial system knowledge. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
