The role of Financial Analysis Manager within our Fuel business unit is really important to us. Your responsibilities day to day will be... Profit and Loss Accounting - Undertake gross margin invoice reconciliation, reconciling sales ledger reporting and calculating monthly accrued income and expenses - Production of monthly margin reports for inclusion in management accounts Balance Sheet Accounting - Produce comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations, including accrued income and expense schedules - Intercompany balance sheet reconciliations Develop relationships with key business stakeholders and deliver commercial insight into results to enable these stakeholders to better understand and improve performance. Proactively engage in projects with these stakeholders that grow business value. Support the senior finance management team with ad hoc projects. Continuous improvement of systems and processes Production of management reporting and analysis, as well as assisting with commercial reporting Management of a small accounting team Experience / qualifications required: Open on either a nearly or fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA accountant with relevant experience in a finance related role. Advanced Excel skills Strong technical accounting skills. Experience of interacting across all levels of the organisation including dealing with non-finance people to gather relevant information. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability and a willingness for continuous improvement and development What can you expect of us?
