Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of package commercial plans, incorporating deliverables and commercial plan targets into package scopes and pricing documents. Support the project team with commercial and contractual expertise. Assist the procurement team in producing package procurement documents as required, ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes. Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks. Implement policies for risk management. Prepare Subcontract Final Accounts for review and sign-off. Prepare and present monthly Cost Reports. Value works executed by Sub-Contractors. Certify interim and final payments.
Skills: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field. Proven experience in quantity surveying roles within the construction industry. Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, and change management processes. Proficiency in using Excel and project management tools. Relevant driving licence.
