A fantastic opportunity to work for a fast-growing FM Service provider who is currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Handyperson/Fabric Technician to work at a well-respected building service provider within a hospital site based in Dartford, Kent. This is a temporary - permanent position, working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, with fantastic opportunities for career progression.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Carry out general building repair and maintenance Changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture Basic plumbing and small leak repairs Small painting, decoration and making good Fitting of carpet tiles To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards L8 works are required on site
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery is preferred Essential to have excellent client-facing skills
