Role Overview:
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic HR leadership during a period of rapid growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive HR initiatives aligned with the company’s People and Culture Strategy, focusing on talent development, organisational design, and cultural integration. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing HR support across the organisation. Lead initiatives to embed culture and values as the company grows. Oversee succession planning and talent review processes to address gaps and develop high-potential employees. Design and deliver management development programmes to improve people management across the organisation. Implement a competency framework and consult on organisational and role design. Lead HR initiatives in areas such as learning and development, performance management, and employee relations. Analyse HR data to drive improvements in people and culture practices. Ensure compliance with employment law and provide guidance on performance management issues. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a strategic HR business partner in a growing organisation. Expertise in management development, competency frameworks, and cultural initiatives. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to deliver HR solutions that drive business performance. Data-driven and results-oriented. Working Pattern: 4 days a week onsite at the office (central/west London location) Occasional travel to other locations across the UK Seniority level
