About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to join our team, working in the Facilities Management (FM) industry. You will be responsible for the maintenance and smooth operation of a high-end commercial building in the heart of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional and prestigious environment, offering stability and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance. Ensure all building systems are operational and compliant with safety standards. Fault finding, repairs, and testing of electrical systems and equipment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless building operation. Deliver exceptional service in line with the high standards of the commercial property.

What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Electrical qualification. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Proven experience in a similar role within the FM or commercial building environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team.
