As a Production Team Leader, you will play a vital role in the success of our client's production team. This position requires a hands-on, proactive approach to managing machinery and staff in a busy FMCG environment, working closely with the Production Manager. The right candidate will bring a positive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail, leading by example to motivate and guide the team. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production to meet targets and ensure proper machinery setup. Quickly troubleshoot machinery issues to minimize downtime. Lead and mentor production operatives, offering training and support. Create a positive, collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork. Ensure product quality by conducting and overseeing control checks. Maintain health and safety standards and promote safe working practices. Identify and implement ways to improve production efficiency. Manage stock levels, organize shipments, and handle palletization. Maintain accurate production records and keep management informed. Adapt to staffing and production needs to ensure smooth operations. Requirements:

Previous experience in FMCG, with knowledge of HACCP. Proven team leadership experience with a hands-on, proactive approach. Level 2 Food Safety and HACCP certifications. Knowledge of machinery operation (training available for those new to VFFS systems). Forklift skills preferred (a current license is not required). Benefits:
