The firm's award-winning Family Team handles all manner of private family matters covering family, child, relationship, and separation cases including pre-nuptial agreements to divorce and financial disputes and settlements.
The team is looking to bolster their Guildford Family practice with the addition of an Associate. As part of the role, the successful individual will be dealing with matters including divorce, financial disputes, matrimonial arbitration/mediation, pre-nuptial agreements, child arrangement agreements, and child abduction. The individual will also be expected to develop good working relationships with clients and other team members and be responsible under supervision for their own caseload of work and own fee targets.
