Following the strategic hire of a City partner into their Guildford office, the team is seeking an experienced and driven Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor to bolster their Guildford office.
About the Role The successful candidate will work on a broad range of insolvency and restructuring matters, including: Advising insolvency practitioners, creditors, and corporate clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues. Handling corporate restructurings, administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements. Providing expert legal advice on director responsibilities and liability in financial distress situations. Managing and resolving insolvency-related disputes. Qualifications and Experience This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with: 2+ years of PQE in insolvency and restructuring. Strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
