ABOUT THE JOB Lead and oversee Marella Cruises' transformation strategy, including our high-profile fleet expansion plans. Act as the gatekeeper and single point of contact for the overall transformation plan, working closely with the Cruise Board and key stakeholders across the TUI group. Design and implement a robust governance structure to ensure collaborative decision-making and effective project management. Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication of change initiatives and their impact on the business. Drive decision-making processes by presenting scenario plans and options, balancing operational needs with strategic goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the transformation team. ABOUT YOU Proven leadership experience in driving complex business change projects across various areas. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with high-level decision-making skills and a focus on commercial viability. Collaborative approach with a track record of successfully managing teams in a matrix environment. Resilient and adaptive, with strong interpersonal skills to navigate changing priorities.
