We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Manager to join our team in the UK. In this role, you'll drive growth in one of our most important markets. Collaborating closely with our global team, you'll contribute to our go-to-market strategies and leverage data-driven insights to support the expansion of our UK operations. This is a high-impact role focused on scaling our presence and improving overall growth effectiveness. The Job: Market Expansion:

Leverage your understanding of market dynamics to support go-to-market strategies and drive adoption in the UK.

Data-Driven Insights:

Analyze key market and business data to provide actionable insights that fuel strategic growth initiatives.

Customer-Centric Approach:

Identify and address customer needs, ensuring the product and services resonate with the UK audience to drive adoption and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with teams across the globe to identify challenges, address needs, and deliver impactful solutions that align with growth objectives.

The Ideal Candidate: Experience:

2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally within startups or fast-paced environments.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

Problem-Solver:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges and implement growth-oriented solutions.

Data-Driven:

Proficient in analyzing and deriving insights from data to support business and growth decisions.

Go-to-Market Expertise:

Experience or knowledge of 0-1 go-to-market strategies, with a track record of driving initiatives in new markets.

Communication:

Strong communication skills; fluency in English is essential, with additional languages as a plus.

Passion for Technology & Travel:

A strong interest in the intersection of technology and the travel industry.
