West London Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee a new build project of 10 townhouses. The project is currently at the 1st fix stage and requires the candidate to manage it through to handover. The programme is scheduled for completion in June 2025, with a follow-on project starting in July 2025, also in West London. Responsibilities: Deliver the project independently while reporting to a visiting contract manager. Manage sequencing, short-term programming, and trade management. Conduct site inductions and raise permits. Facilitate toolbox talks and adhere to tight deadlines. Influence health and safety (H&S) on site and ensure quality assurance (Q/A). Requirements: Site tickets: SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified. Compensation:
