Senior Electrical Design Engineer – Healthcare

Your new role As our new Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will support the growth of the UK Healthcare Team. You will be working with our existing team on healthcare projects throughout the UK, with opportunities to support international healthcare projects. You will have a deep focus on technical delivery and an excellent understanding of client care. Your key responsibilities will be: Lead and develop a team of Electrical Engineers, managing teams of MEP Engineers, frequently working with colleagues from other engineering disciplines, e.g. structural engineers Raise the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team Develop and oversee electrical concepts and design philosophies Inspire and enthuse the engineers and technicians on your projects Liaise with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetings Support key accounts and develop new clients Support UK Healthcare team sector business development strategies Produce high quality fee proposals Implement best practice procedures to enhance and maintain delivery of sustainable, zero carbon, innovative and quality advisory and design services Manage your own projects and act as MEP or electrical engineering project manager to allocate resources and co-ordinate tasks Your new team You will be part of an expanding and dynamic team.
