We are looking to appoint a dynamic and strategic member of staff who will lead by example, develop, inspire and motivate their team and be committed to achieving high standards within our Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department. The successful person will enable our young people to achieve outstanding results in MFL. This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional teacher who is now looking for promotion to head of department or an outstanding teacher who is already an experienced Head of MFL, to join a supportive and successful school. Teachers at Dame Allan’s Schools are passionate about teaching. The ideal candidate will have an infectious enthusiasm for MFL, as well as being personable and supportive, with the ability to lead and motivate a strong team. They should be able to set themselves the very highest standards and commit to ‘going the extra mile’ to ensure pupils enjoy their lessons and make outstanding progress.
