You'll be working within a transformation delivery function for a leading London Market insurer, initially focussing on delegated authority, helping the business improve the overall performance of the delegated operating model. Long term this clients broad portfolio will allow you exposure to a wide and varied range of projects. What can they offer? A very successful London Market Insurer that has delivered strong financial results and continued growth A department that has a proven track record of providing opportunities for career progression and development A strategic change function, that gives you significant exposure to the exec and a broad range of senior stakeholders across the business Very mature flexible working policy (no rota / fixed days etc) What experience do you need? You're an experienced project manager, and have managed projects on delegated / bordereaux, etc, focused on enhancing, improving delegated performance / operating models Lloyd's / London market insurance experience is essential, which you will have gained either within industry, or via consultancy (big 4 preferable) working directly with insurance clients You're comfortable managing C-level/senior stakeholders, translating complex concepts, and knowing when to challenge constructively.
