35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Our client is a high-growth independent property & asset management consultancy. Due to increasing client demand, they are currently looking to add a Residential Surveyor to the team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your Main Tasks:
You should be an MRICS or FRICS Chartered Surveyor. Handle mortgage valuations and other types like matrimonial, probate, etc. Conduct Disrepair Surveys, Level 2 (HomeBuyers), and Level 3 (Building Condition) surveys. Visit properties, inspect sites, and create detailed reports using software and free text, especially for Building Condition Surveys. Your Experience:
At least two years post-qualification experience. Skilled in conducting Level 1, 2, and 3 residential surveys for private clients or lenders. Familiar with tablet tech for note-taking, Quest software, RightMove Surveyor Comparable tool, and BCIS reinstatement valuation. You Should Have:
Experience in mortgage valuations, Red Book valuations for residential property, RICS Level 2 and 3 Surveys, and Disrepair Surveys. Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with development appraisals, Party Wall Awards, and project management. Qualifications:
